Swimming pools say something. if you own a swimming pool than you are very rich. it says something about real estate. the prices go up if you have a pool. its amazing that happens. i want a swimming pool one day, but i will make sure it has fence so that nobody gets hurt. and no none drowns obviously. how is it that a puddle of water raises the price on real estate.
